problem caused by bugs of Windows XP update:
"Illegal System DLL Relocation" problem
caused Windows XP Update on Apr. 3, 2007:
If you have updated your Windows XP on Apr. 3,
you may get this message when launching or installing our products:
The system DLL user32.dll
was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly.
The relocaction occurred because the DLL C:\windows/system32/hhctrl.ocx
occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs.
The vendor supplying the Dll should be contacted for a new Dll.
This is a bug of Microsoft. Please goto http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/
